The Marketing Admin (“Admin”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Marketing (“Marketing”) team. The Admin will play a key role in business development activities. The Admin will be responsible for qualifying leads, producing monthly management reports and supporting Marketing and Sales activities to build relationships with prospects. Axiom’s Admin will manage the development of leads to qualify them and enable the Sales team to easily close warm, interested prospects.
Additionally, the Admin will aid the Product team, providing thorough product descriptions, specifications, and demos of Axiom’s suite of services in partnership with the Sales team to drive client education; coordinating with the Information Technology (“IT”) Department to manage all client innovation requests; and will provide weekly communications to the Axiom team regarding product features in anticipation of future business goals.
The essential functions of the Marketing Admin are to:
Represent Axiom Medical in a professional and friendly manner – you will be the first impression for many.
Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely for external and internal teams ensuring a solid understanding of the product and its capabilities
Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Answer the BD phone line in a timely manner and address the needs of the caller by qualifying them, or routing to the appropriate department through calls and emails
Set up meetings or calls between leads and Sales Executives
Nurture your own leads for handoff to Sales
Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Create thorough notes and in Salesforce for the Sales Reps
Effectively use our sales enablement platform
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure features and functionality are meeting market needs in new and innovative ways; report the success of the products and strategize improvements needed
Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
Other duties as assigned by Marketing or Sales
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education, that is equivalent to 3 years with a focus on business development, product or related fields.
Excellent customer service, verbal communication, organization, and writing skills
2+ years of CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
U nderstanding of the sales cycle and best practices
Proactive, driven, ambitious
Physical Requirements:
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
Light to moderate lifting is required
Additional Information: Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
