Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls/emails on enquires, feedbacks and complains
- Escalation of cases which require follow up
- Perform to the standard and KPIs set by Supervisors
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Ensure proper closure of individual customer cases
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Education qualification: Minimum O Levels
- Good interacting and communication skills
- Able to handle fast-paced working environment
- Possesses self confidence
- Good team player, with good initiative and positive attitude
- Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with customers
- Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
- Customer service oriented and good problem solver
