We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to help in the management of customer billing and payments. Under the direct supervision of the Accounting Manager, this position will support functions of accounts receivables, payables, and payroll.

Essential Duties:

Our Admin Assistant ensures that invoices are generated, payments are recognized and credit memos are on entered on a daily basis within our financial software. They are responsible for reviewing all documentation to determine if there are any discrepancies and make any necessary corrections. Invoices for material and equipment are entered and prepared for monthly billing periods. This position works alongside department managers and coordinators to guarantee the accuracy of all transactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Billing or general Accounting preferred.
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Excellent math ability.
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 – 3:30
