That special someone must possess a great sense of humor, compassion for elderly people who have dementia, good decision making skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently alongside of the best caregivers in the industry. Job Duties:
Assist elderly people with dementia in completing activities of daily living to include dressing, bathing and toileting as needed

Assist elderly people with dementia in participating in the daily routine to include activities and meals

Document the days? activities in electronic records

Light housekeeping and laundry may be assigned, depending on the shift you work.
