Due to significant and sustained growth in all parts of the business, the B2W Group are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and diligent Enrolment Officer to satisfy the compliance and quality needs of the administration and onboarding of learners to courses through the accurate updating and use of multiple databases and engagement of learners via telephone.
Being pro-active with strong self-management skills is essential to the role where the timely enroling of learners is central to the department’s success. The main purpose of the role is to take part in the enrolment activities, meeting all necessary standards for quality and contractual requirements.
Use of numerous Microsoft Office package is essential, as is having up-to-date knowledge of administrative practises and an appreciation of the importance of accuracy in day-to-day work. Good basic education with good literacy and numeracy skills are is a must as is experience of using databases.
Main responsibilities
To provide a wide range of administrative support for Back 2 Work Complete Training Pre Employment team whilst enrolling learners via telephone, completing all necessary documents and admin tasks required by the funder.
Keep all relevant trackers up-to-date with learner information and contact records and provide information, advice and guidance to learners.
Competent and detailed approach to the storage and security of data
Complete administrative tasks in accordance with set timescales and deadlines being able to work as part of a team and independently, managing your own workload and efficiency to ensure KPIs are met.
Ensure that the Company policy for equality of opportunity is adhered to and promoted in all aspects of the post holder’s work and ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work and responsibilities attached to this post, in keeping with the Company’s quality assurance procedures and systems
Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in in-service training as necessary for the successful carrying out of the job

The role requires a flair for database usage and good Microsoft Office suite competency level with a desire to meet targets. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to act diplomatically and with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality and a commitment to a professional approach in your job.
