BAE Systems is looking for systems engineers to contribute to the support and development of Radio Frequency (RF) Electronic Warfare (EW) simulator tools and test equipment in support of the world s most advanced electromagnetic spectrum operations systems detecting, identifying, locating, and countering threats for joint forces and international aircrew. We develop highly sophisticated digital Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and we are looking for motivated systems engineers to work across a portfolio of programs as part of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams developing and supporting next generation Electronic Warfare systems. Responsibilities will include systems engineering activities such as developing and managing systems level requirements, understanding operational systems concepts to inform system design, design and implementation of system and timing interfaces, generation of test scenarios for RF stimulators, developing RF system performance models, and systems level integration and test to verify and validate aspects of system designs to ensure conformance with functional specifications and customer requirements. Work location can be Nashua NH or Manchester NH.Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of:

4 Years with BS

2 Years with MS

0 Year with PHD

• Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS)

• Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) modeling, RF simulation, RF analysis, or RF testing within communication and RADAR bands

• Experience testing, integrating, debugging, or analyzing RF hardware/modules/systems

• Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzer, phase network analyzer, and power meters

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with RF Stimulators (CEESIM, A2PATS, etc) with the ability to evaluate/validate RF output modeled in RF Stimulator; multi-beam, frequency agile, PRI, PW, and pulse modulations

• Knowledge of advanced antenna technologies and performance. Ability to model antenna impacts on received and transmitted signals. Understanding of antenna patterns, polarization, bandwidth, beam-width etc

• Understand or experience with one or more of the following design/test tools: C , Joint Integrated Mission Model (JIMM), AFSIM, LabVIEW, MATLAB

• Experience with Infrared (IR) modeling, IR simulation, IR analysis, or IR testing

• Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw
