Job Description
Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews manpower requirements. Analyzes effects of contract change such as growth, new work, delays, disruptions and other project impacts. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in Scheduling software such as Open Plan, Primavera or MS Project
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in Cobra
Advanced skills in Excel
Experience with Power BI
