Make your place in New Zealand’s future – we are after highly motivated, future focused individuals to join our Sales customer facing team.
We play at the heart of sustainable, profitable food production, helping Kiwi farmers and growers in our slice of paradise feed more than 20 million people around the world.
We are on a quest to find the best people to become sales and technical specialists. We are seeking people who are passionate about the future of agriculture in NZ. Armed with innovative products, services and specialised training, you will work with farmers focusing on their whole-farm soil and animal nutrient needs, in line with their productivity and environmental goals.
During the 6 months you will complete an extensive development program. With a mixture of time in the classroom and the field, you will find that time flies as you gain the knowledge and confidence to perform to the best of your ability in a technical sales role. We deliver an accelerated learning environment that has you ready to make a difference to your farmers business as soon as you are given a portfolio.
We are interested in people who are passionate about adding value to our farmers and growers through farm systems conversations and applying specialised nutrient understanding that help them be successful in an ever changing landscape. We work with farmers and growers from Kaitaia to Bluff so your flexibility of location is welcomed as you develop your career with Ballance Agri-Nutrients.
Whether you’re new to the work force or looking for an exciting change of career, we want to hear from you!
It’s through our values that we achieve our purpose. Together, creating the best soil and feed on earth. Our values guide us in all that we do; how we turn up for ourselves, our team mates, our partners and our customers. They provide the bedrock of our culture and our culture is something we are really proud of.
As part of your application we would love to hear how you demonstrate the Ballance Values. This year we are also excited to announce that one of our intern roles for the first time is going to be specialised within the Seales Winslow business unit- leaders in stockfeed. Also note that we will review applications as they are received so don’t hold off to apply!
We believe that by helping you reach your potential we’ll reach ours. We’re proud of where we’ve come from, excited about what we’re doing, and passionate about where we’re going. Join us on our journey to an even greater future.
