About the role

We have a fantastic, rare opportunity for a Stylist to join the Ballantynes women’s fashion sales team.

This permanent part time role is 34 hours per week, working Tuesday – Saturday.

In this role, yYou will use your love of fashion and tested styling skills to provide an exceptional styling experience for our customers. You will build customer relationships quickly, be able to understand your customer’s needs, exceed expectations and create repeat custom. You will keep up to date with the latest styling trends, be brand savvy and able to show off your expert product knowledge.

You will be excited about being part of some of our instore events including photo shoots and fashion shows.

When not carrying out pre-arranged Styling work, you will be an active member of the women’s fashion sales team, using your customer service skills to delight our customers. You will be adaptable and enjoy working as part of a team. Whilst your focus will be the Contemporary Lounge and Atrium you will be required to work across the whole Womens Apparel range and happy to help other departments when required.

You will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring the area is kept well-presented and stocked.

Successful Candidate

The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

• Previous fashion styling experience
• Previous retail experience
• A genuine love for fashion
• Outstanding customer service skills
• An enthusiastic, engaging and warm nature
• Great teamwork skills
