We are seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join ourindustry-leading finance practice in Philadelphia, Minneapolis, SiouxFalls, Denver, Boulder, Salt Lake City or Phoenix. We represent a widevariety of institutional clients nationwide, including commercial banks,commercial finance companies, direct purchasers and private equity firms,investors and developers, and major non-profits.Qualified candidates should have a strong transactional background withexperience working on a variety of complex finance transactions includingsyndicated and portfolio transactions. Understanding and working knowledge ofArticle 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code in all phases of commercial financetransactions is required. Experience with workouts/restructuring, and/orM&A and private equity transactions is a plus. Candidates should haveexcellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.
