Job Description:
The Estate Servicing Operations (ESO) organization manages life events related to deceased customer notification and estate maintenance. ESO is committed to delivering world class client experience through empathetic support of settling the estate of a deceased client. This support includes protecting accounts, transitioning assets to new owners, and partnering with other Bank of America lines of business to deliver a seamless experience to clients, estate beneficiaries and executors during estate settlement processes. These clients have experienced the death of a loved one and are actively settling their accounts according to provisions in wills and applicable state laws. We are dedicated to process excellence and collaborate to make our processes efficient.
ESO is seeking a Business Support Manager to provide operational support for all functional areas within the business, including reporting and data analytics. This centralized team works closely with managers, team members, business partners and senior leaders to provide routine deliverables and other diverse administrative functions. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department’s or business unit’s functional operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be comfortable working in a team setting, and producing independent work product and completing assignments within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Daily, monthly, and weekly reporting – delivery, development and/or maintenance
• Ad hoc and special project reporting for leadership
• Analyzing and communicating reporting results and findings
• Research and analysis on escalated items, providing detailed response and subject matter expertise, as needed
