Job Description:

The Trust Officer II (TOII) maintains a trust book of fiduciary and investment management accounts. The TO II works closely with BANA partners and Merrill Lynch advisors teams to serve clients and maintain fiduciary duties. The TOII’s primary responsibility is the administration of his/her book of business. The TO II leads, and is accountable for working with MTDs/MTEs to assure trust product awareness and education of advisors and clients. The Trust Officer is responsible for the book’s management of fiduciary risks and trust policy adherence. A TO II is required to partner effectively and may focus attention on business development opportunities.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales

BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired​
