Purpose of the Role
Provide an outstanding level of customer care and clear solutions to our Finance customers and Dealerships.
Key Accountabilities
- Produce an outstanding service to our customers and demonstrate capacity to put the customer first
- Be driven by an instinctive motivation to deliver a top class performance in your role
- Align with all internal and external regulatory requirements
- A positive outlook with an ability to quickly adjust in a fast paced, changing environment
- Working as part of a Team Supporting and our colleagues within the Finance network.

Essential Qualifications
- Hold a Level 8 Degree, OR a Leaving cert or (International equivalent) with minimum English & Maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion to adapt quickly in a fast paced, changing environment
- The required levels of proficiency are being achieved by you in line with role expectations
