Purpose of the Role
This role is key in contributing to the team’s success by supporting the development of the Business customer base.
The focus of this role is on managing a portfolio of existing customer relationships and be the first point of contact for all new opportunities. You will also proactively grow market share by increasing our volume of new to bank customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify opportunities both within the existing customer base and external marketplace.
- Build a strong pipeline of business opportunities and develop strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with each interaction.
- Identifying and organise events for business customers to support networking opportunities.
- Work collaboratively within your team, actively contributing to achieve county targets.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum Competency Code (MCC) applies to this role therefore QFA is the required qualification.

- Previous experience, with a proven record in delivering commercial success.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Thorough understanding of credit risks & business risks across sectors.
- Have a strong customer focus and proven commitment to enhancing customer experience.
- Have previous experience with networking and business development.
