Our Customer Contact Team is responsible for looking after customers, brokers and financial advisors. They do this across both our New Ireland and Bank of Ireland brands – handling queries by both phone and email. The purpose of the role is to deliver great service and enable our customers to thrive by looking after them brilliantly in every interaction.
Whether you are just starting out in your career or have experience in the industry – this is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working team and to develop a detailed knowledge of the life and pensions industry. Hybrid working – office based with working from home option.

An ability to work on your own initiative is key. You are known to have excellent communication, administration and organisational skills. A curiosity about financial markets combined with a willingness to complete industry exams (QFA) will ensure you can become qualified to do the job.
