This is a 9 month contract opportunity
Work with HR and business leaders to ensure L&D services are aligned with business goals, HR strategy, and delivered in accordance with work prioritisation and resource allocation.
Be responsible for planning, monitoring and adjusting departmental capability build plans and forecasts, project prioritisation and business strategy alignment.
Lead the strategic learning/performance needs analysis process to ensure divisional capability requests are aligned to business strategy.
Manage projects end-to-end ensuring they meet agreed timeframes, budget, and scope.
Gather and analyse information regarding the impact of learning solutions against agreed KPI’s, and present the information to the business.
You will have the ability to understand and anticipate business capability requirements and develop simple and effective L&D solutions to drive individual and team performance using your excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
You will be passionate about using your experience to connect internal problems with external knowledge. and research and leverage networks to provide innovative recommendations to improve business results
Your analytical ability will allow you to seamlessly collect and synthesise large quantities of data, tell the story and formulate recommendations based on data trends and insights
You are agile, adaptable, open to change and will have brilliant project management skills.
Third level qualification in HR or Business.
Organisational Effectiveness sits within the wider People Services area and is accountable for the strategies and development of approaches and capabilities on performance management, careers, L&D, succession, talent management, leadership and executive development. It also includes talent acquisition which works closely with the business to ensure our Group strategies are fulfilled.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration – exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
