Description of Business Unit
Our BIIS Department within the Contact Centre is a Business Unit within Bank of Ireland Insurance Services and is the first point of contact for many of our personal customers insurance queries. The Team are focussed on providing a high level of service to our customers supporting them with queries / new insurance business quotes and conversion to policies.
We are currently going through an extraordinary period of transformation and growth, adapting to what our customers need from us now in an ever changing digital world!
Purpose of the role
To provide best in class customer care by providing clear solutions in a timely manner along with ensuring strong customer care.

Essential Qualifications
One of the Following
- APA Loans
- QFA
- Certificate in Insurance Practice (CIP)
- Certificate in Insurance Product Advice (APA)

- Proven customer service or sales experience
- Demonstrated capability to put the customer first in every interaction
- Enthusiasm to adapt quickly in an fast paced, changing environment
- The required levels of competency are being achieved by you in line with role expectation
