Led by the recently appointed Chief Marketing Officer, we are creating Group Marketing function which will develop a strong brand for Bank of Ireland, shaping and delivering a differentiated position for the Bank in the markets in which we operate. This will enable us to shape and deliver on our purpose to enable customers, colleagues and communities to thrive and to build the National Champion Bank in Ireland.
The Group Marketing function will be underpinned by the following strategic imperatives designed to transform the Bank of Ireland brand:

The Design team’s responsibility is expanding across the bank’s digital real estate. This is big, and given the scale of the task, we believe that the technological challenge and the enterprise-scale opportunity will offer a unique attraction to the right candidates.
The purpose of theUI Designeris to support all design deliveries into our digital product set and support on maintaining our design standards.
There will be a focus oninterface-orienteddeliveries as well ensuring our design system is maintained and updated. You will be responsible for designing and delivering digital experiences.
It will involve working alongside front-end developers, stakeholders and delivery teams across major change and digital execution activities.

This job can be done anywhere in Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin to which travel will be required for in person collaboration. Exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
