Our HR Business Partner works with a dedicated business unit to develop and implement predominantly medium to long-term people solutions aligned to the business strategy.
The incumbent acts as the single point of contact within the business unit for all people related issues and is a people champion ensuring that people related matters are always high on the business agenda.
Our HR Business Partners live the bank’s values, understand how our culture comes to life, and possess a deep knowledge of the business and delivery of all HR services to internal client groups to drive outstanding performance. You will embrace the culture so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnership to the business and the client group you are supporting to enhance their growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to develop hiring plans that support business objectives and advance the business with the right talent in place
- Provides proactive HR advisory to assigned client group to align business unit strategies objectives with employees and management
- Partners with HR Centre of Excellence (COE) to advise and coach business unit on performance management, leadership development, accelerated development, succession planning, talent reviews, employee relations etc
- Drive informed decision making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to determine root cause of issues and develop organizational effective solutions
Requirements
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Min 8+ years of HR business partner experience, ideally working in a high paced environment.
- Ability or keen interest to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data.
- Demonstrated experience building strong, effective and trusted relationships and networks
- Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients together with a reputation for high personal integrity.
- Ability to execute bank wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast paced, global corporate environment; commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences
- Ability to work effectively across multiple geographies and partners
