Bankstown Sports Club is one of Australia’s largest and most
innovative registered clubs, that is continuously diversifying and
integrating new systems to simplify and create a better experience
for it’s staff and patrons. Currently we are looking for a talented
Jnr Full Stack Developer to join our IT team.

The role will focus primarily on front end/mobile app
development and improving the functionality of existing and new
development projects to streamline business processes and improve
customer experiences.

The successful candidate must be committed to going above and
beyond to ensure new and existing development projects are
integrated efficiently and effectively. They must also have a ‘Can
do’ attitude and be a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and construct technology improvements to develop
  business efficiencies
• Deploying software analytics for gathering performance metrics
• Researching, designing and implementing development projects
• Maintaining and upgrading existing development projects
• Identifying areas of improvement in existing development
  projects
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Designing and implementing detection and control techniques for
  integration issues
• Continually evolve our mobile application suite to trending
  technologies
• Follow developments and innovations in the ICT/Cyber field and
  research best practice methodologies
• Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and
  design/configuration documentation
• Maintaining current source control practices
• Assisting in non-technical issues where required to accommodate
  business operations and business continuity
• Receive work items through various channels – including email,
  ticketing systems, DevOps

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective written and verbal English communications.
• Must be prepared to work shift work and weekends
• Understanding of PC troubleshooting, server infrastructure and
  basic networking – as some tasks may step outside of a development
  role
• Proficient with Git Source Control
• Apple and Android development platforms
• Well-developed technical skills and extensive knowledge of
  relevant programming languages; React/React Native, Xamarin
• Must be willing to obtain RSA RCG qualifications
