Baptist Health Hiring for Patient Experience Training Consult, Patient Experience, FT-9:00am -5:30pm at Miami, FL Full Time

Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors degree required, 5+ years‘ customer service, organizational behavior, organizational developments or business/management experience, in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including customer experience design. Strong group facilitations and a demonstrated ability to unite individuals around a common goal. Ability to deliver impactful presentations to broad audiences. Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent oral, analytical, written communication and presentation skills.

Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish). This position requires travel throughout our organization in all counties we serve
