Bar Manager Full Time

To be successful in this management role it is essential that you have worked in a similar role and that you have impeccable time management skills. You will need to have outstanding skills in customer service, people management & have a “can do” attitude.

Main duties, knowledge, skills & responsibilities include:
 
1.Ensure that high standards of quality & customer service in all areas of our busy club are maintained.
2. Bar duties & front of house hosting.
3. Assisting Stock Control and Management
4. Assisting operational manager staff for staff training and scheduling
5. Adhere to food, health and safety standards
7. Ensuring compliance with legislation and the business policy and procedures
9. Assisting to operational manager for creating new food & beverage menu 
10. Assisting to planning and organising special functions
11. Be well presented and professional
12. Have experience in supervising teams
13. Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for innovation and detail
14. Have a passion for process improvement
