We are on embarking on the biggest programme of career pathway transformation ever undertaken at BHRUT. This work will be supported through a comprehensive review of career pathways and education programmes.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic Programme Manager to join the education and workforce development team.
We welcome applications from experienced and dedicated Programme Managers, with proven experience of effective programme management in the as part of transformation, change management and translating strategy into action. Experience of working in the health and care sector would be highly valued.
This is a delivery-focused role and to be successful you will need to be highly organised, pay attention to detail and be able to manage competing priorities, using your own initiative to solve problems. You will need excellent communication skills, as you will be overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, distributed across the various team and sites.
