Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.

The role of an HR Administrator will be filled by an individual who takes pride in their work, is well-organized, timely, and is capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions without guidance. This role is an integral part of the growth and success of Bartlett Roofing and a successful employee will be presented with opportunities for growth into leadership and management within the organization.

Pay Range: $25-30 DOE

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office. This is not a remote position.

Essential Functions for a HR Administrator

• Daily management of candidates through our applicant tracking system.
• Monitor and upload all inbound applications from Recruiting email.
• Confirm any Candidate/Manager interviews for that day.
• Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants as needed.
• Extend offer letters to candidates approved for hire.
• Assist with onboarding documents for all company new hires.
• Process hiring-related paperwork as needed.
• Ensuring the new hire onboarding process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Review Recruiting pipeline stages and clean up as needed.
• Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, or transfers, using our HRIS system.
• Help manage HR and Recruiting emails.
• Assist in planning Company events (Marketing Events, Job Fairs, Culture Events, etc.)
• Assist HR/Recruiting Team in other day-to-day tasks that may arise.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of variable HR or Recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Interpersonal skills, tact, patience, and courtesy; ability to build professional relationships with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; strong organization skills
• Highly confidential and ethical

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field
