Barton Community College is seeking applications for the position of Financial Aid Communications Specialist. This replacement position assists students with inquiries and questions regarding Financial Aid as well as supporting Financial Aid application and processing. Qualifications: six months to two years of similar or related experience required, student confidentiality, and the ability to think through an inquiry to provide a comprehensive answer in a positive and exceptional client service manner. Strong interpersonal, excellent written and oral communication skills and computer skills are required. Education: a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; Financial/Education/Accounting related background preferred.
