About The Role

Due to the continued growth of Bartons, an exciting opportunity has become available for an Experienced Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning Parts Department at our Wynnum Dealership. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing the highest level of Customer Service to our client base, creating “Customers for Life”.

Role

Your primary role will be to support our busy internal workshops, retail sales counter, and/or supporting our Wholesale business, in addition to:

• Arranging and organising the procurement and supply of parts for our Service Department.
• Controlling and maintaining our back-order system.
• Parts Interpreting.
• Picking and packing service batches.
• Stock control.
• Invoicing.
• Wholesale and Retail counter sales and phone sales.
• Other duties within our parts division to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

A Little About You

Do you have?

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (minimum 2 years).
• Experience with Pentana ERA DMS (highly regarded).
• Ability to handle competing priorities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
