Food Preparation (Catering) Assistant is required for Production Kitchen

Base Wood Fired Pizza is currently looking for Food Preparation Catering Assistant to join our Production Kitchen in Kimmage. This is morning time, job shifts vary from 6am – 2pm. 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

Salary: competitive salary, depending on experience, starting rate is €12-€12.50 per hour, 40hrs + weekly.

Ideal candidate will possess all of the below:

Speed & efficiency while preparing (chopping, slicing, packing etc)

Experience on manual handling tasks and heavy lifting, deliveries

1 year Previous experience in a similar position, Target driven food preparation and packaging experience.

Able to work as part of a Team

Knowledge of all standard procedures of food prep/goods in/storage & hygiene essential

Excellent HACCP Knowledge

Fluent English/ Good communication skills

Available to work weekends

Dedicated to the highest level of standards and quality

Neat appearance and presentation essential

This is production kitchen so no customer service involved

Performance Bonuses for the right candidates- up to €500 Bonus after 6 months, up to €500 Bonus after 12 months, up to €1000 Bonus after 24 months etc.

Hourly rates start at €12 and progress with training and development

Salary: €12.00-€13.50 per hour
