Battelle is currently seeking a Scenario Developer . This position is located in Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB), OH .
JOB SUMMARY
Battelle’s Advanced Mission Solutions (AMS) Business Line is seeking a Scenario Developer to support comprehensive projects/programs in hardware/software/system/product life cycle development and managing a product portfolio and military hardware for a live, virtual, and constructive network-based training system.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional expert for live, virtual, and constructive product portfolio.
Lead and train a team on scenario development and execution supporting programs developing and modernizing hardware and software systems and development and managing a live, virtual, and constructive product portfolio and military hardware.
Develop processes for and oversee requirements management, configuration management, and test and evaluation.
Define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions.
Oversee and lead verification and validation planning, execution, and reporting efforts.
Ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required client requirements and industry specific standards.
Support program management in the technical direction of development programs.
Collaborate across internal organizations with multi-disciplined engineering teams to develop and execute projects.
Interact with leadership to make decisions, manage risk, and influence investment activities that affect the long-term viability of the business.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED
Deployed experience working with Theater/National level Special Operations Forces.
Demonstrated experience with live, virtual, and constructive products and avionics simulators.
Experience working with US DoD Program Management Offices.
Self-motivated, organized, and a problem solver who demonstrates knowledge of fundamentals but also the big picture.
Excellent communication skills to support interaction with cross-functional team members, internal management, and clients.
Must be a US Citizen with an active US Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance and the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET – Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) DoD Security Clearance.
THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED
An advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
Experience working with multi-organizational, geographically distributed, and segmented engineering teams.
Experience with DOD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) process.
Experience with unmanned platforms, payloads, and infrastructure.
Ability to develop CONOPs that synergize technologies with tactics.
TS-SCI DoD Security Clearance.
Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information.
