About Your Role

You will be responsible for creating persuasive and results-oriented copy that drives customer engagement, conversion, and overall business growth. Your ability to combine creative storytelling with analytical insights will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efforts

Outcomes

• Create compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including but not limited to digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and paid search ads, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize copy and content for improved conversion rates, utilizing A/B testing, user feedback, and data analysis to refine messaging, calls-to-action, and overall user experience.
• Incorporate relevant keywords and search terms into copy to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility, leveraging SEO best practices to enhance copy performance.
• Work closely with designers, marketing managers, and other team members to ensure copy aligns with overall marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all copy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and enhancing brand identity.

Day to day

• Compelling copy for various mediums
• Source images and other content
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Collaborate with designers, branding and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects

Requirements

• 3+ years’ of marketing or copywriting experience
• Proven ability to create persuasive and results-oriented copy across various digital channels, employing a strong understanding of storytelling, persuasion techniques, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Professional English level
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, feedback, and market trends,
