Job Description

About The Role

Off The Ball is recruiting for a commercial campaign executive on a full-time permanent contract.

Working closely with OTB’s commercial and editorial programming teams, our sales agencies and external agencies and clients, the ideal candidate will have experience of commercial campaign delivery and be a process-driven individual with a close attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work across all levels of implementing sponsorships and solutions from ideation, pitching, campaign management, tracking and work with the team to deliver post campaign data and analysis as well as innovative campaign reports.

What you’ll do:
Ideation – innovative and creative ideas to win business

Pitching – often quick turn around with solutions to client and agency briefs

Campaign management – tracking real time data to meet agreed KPIs and keeping programming teams informed of deliverables

Reporting – data and creative reporting

Process driven – quickly understand and develop current processes

Develop new strands of sponsorable programming

Strong communication to keep all stakeholders aligned on commercial campaigns

Contribute to meetings with OTB editorial, sales agency, clients

Editorial duties:
Production on occasional OTB podcasts

Podcast uploading and seeing on social channels as needed

Management of the OTB user database

Qualifications

If the following traits sound like you, then you might be the right candidate:

You have experience of content management on social media including analytics

Experience of dealing with media houses, agencies and/or brands on sponsorship deals

You have excellent attention to detail as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills

You are customer orientated

You have energy, enthusiasm, and great multitasking skills.
