Your team

Baxter is looking for recent college graduates to join our Research and Development (R&D) team! The role will focus on performing manual software test procedures. You will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting preliminary results. You will also contribute to quality assurance and software development of new and existing products within the Medication Delivery portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Execute manual test procedures based on the pre-written test.
• Analyze result as per the expected outcome and document the result as per the quality standard.
• Compile the failures and document the necessary details like the quality guidelines.
• Discuss technical or project management issues, both verbally and in written form.
• Perform multiple task assignments with minimal supervision.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical or related Engineering field.
• A demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to complex engineering projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for quality in the design and test of medical devices.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
