You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer Experience through nurturing the Customer to continue to build Brand loyalty and supporting their journey through understanding of values and needs. You will be working across a number of insurance products ranging from car, travel through to pet insurance.

There is:

• WFH – Fully Remote
• Upto 6 weeks of training
• Starting salary of $24.40 hourly plus super
• Quarterly bonus based on performance

• Office Desk

The centre operates on a rotating roster from 9am- 6pm Monday to Friday
