Long established successful East Bay importer/distributor looking for Document Specialist to assist in maintenance of document collections, website product catalog, pick-up and delivery addresses in freight tracking MS and CRM.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
? Education ? college coursework in administration or related?
? Experience ? Two (2) to four (4) years of organizational responsibilities
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and database management?
? Knowledge of food product status including: Organic, Non-GMO, Clean-Label and Conventional?
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
? Ability to maintain confidential information
? Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
? Dependable and resourceful.
? Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
? Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Maintain Vendor Food Safety and Quality documentation?
? Provide requested documentation to Customers
? Assist with annual Third-Party Food Safety Audit
? Manage website product information
? Maintain database of pick-up and delivery locations
? Performing other office duties and projects as needed
