For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we will give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited. We set out to create a global network of Colleges, focusing initially on teaching English and French to International students.

We want to inspire and educate the next generation with High Quality Language Courses and Career-focused Short Courses for Generation Z in 10 year-round locations across 4 countries – UK, France, Canada, South Africa & Cyprus

Position Summary, key duties and responsibilities

• manage the direct sales team based in different countries.
• recruit new members for the direct sales department and make sure the training process is followed.
• make sure that the direct sales processes are followed by the team and rest of the departments in the company.
• support and train Student Services Executives and managers in sales procedures.

• keep updated the CRM with the department needs and make sure the team use the CRM in the stipulated way.
• follow up and develop all marketing strategy to get more leads and sales: Google Ads campaigns, collaboration with other online directories, walk-ins, newsletters, etc.
• lead the internal communication between the Direct Sales Department and the rest of the company departments: admissions, finance, etc. making sure the communication is smooth and clear.
• ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students consistently.
• resolve problems with prospective students to ensure the student gets the best possible customer journey according to Bayswater values.

• create annual targets for the department considering sales and direct costs. Make sure with monthly checks that costs and targets are kept as expected.

Knowledge, qualifications and experience

Required:

• Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment.
• Experience of working for an International Language Agency or similar position in the school side.
• Sales experience of minimum 2 years. Education industry or services.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Desirable:

• An undergraduate degree focus on business, marketing, sales, language, or tourism.
• Work experience managing people.

• A second language.
• Knowledge or experience in the marketing field will be a plus, especially digital marketing.
