1.0 Assigned Certifier – BCMS

1. Set up projects;

2. Log information on BCMS and ensure that it matches BCMS Checklist;

3. E-mail thedesign team if any information is missing (e.g. Planning Permission reference number);

4. Upload all documentation for Commencement Notices, Pre-Notification and Completion Certificate submissions.

2.0 Certification:

1. Attend BCAR Meetings (Teams) & record meeting minutes;

2. Liaise directly with contractor’s BCAR Co-ordinators;

3. Download certification and documentation from project databases onto BB7 database and ensure all are saved as per the pre-defined BB7 naming convention;

4. Review Certificates and other documentation received and log against BCAR Certification Schedule;

5. Issue updated BCAR Certification Schedule on a monthly basis;

3.0 Adhoc tasks:

1. Draft BCAR/Health & Safety Monthly Updates

2. Issue monthly funder letters

3. Draft up BCAR Tender Packs, including:

(a) BCAR Certification Schedule;

(b) Inspection Plan/INF;

(c) Benchmark Schedule

4.0 PSDP

1. AF1 2. Chasing client for appointment letter 3. Sending acceptance letter 4. Drafting Permanent Works Design Certificate and getting design team to sign; 5. Drafting Preliminary Health and Safety Plan; 6. Fill out Temporary Works Design Certificates 7. Collating Safety File and issuing to Client; 8. Drafting formal PSDP Safety File Letter; 9. Keeping on top of design team to ensure that the following are on file: (a) Design Risk Assessments;

(b) Permanent Works Design Certificate;

(c) Cleaning and Maintenance Strategy;

(d) Confirmation that design team has reviewed Safety File

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €28,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
