BBC Education is looking for a Production Management Assistant to work across multiple campaigns teams.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a PMA to work alongside our campaigns teams, assisting in the production management of ongoing ‘mini campaigns’ and topical content output, and towards the launch of a large scale sustainability campaign initiative.
Working closely with the Production Manager and Production Coordinator you will provide administrative support to all areas of the team, using BBC systems to raise purchase orders, requisitions and payments in line with BBC policies and guidelines, as well as keeping detailed cost logs.
You will assist the Production Coordinator with tracking a high volume of deliveries for commissioned online and social media content; checking necessary paperwork has been completed, submitted and correct before releasing final stage payments. You will also assist with clearing existing content and updating records, along with clearing music and stills for all content and complete reporting forms via Silvermouse.
You will assist in the preparation of call sheets and be responsible for all kit, accommodation, transport, and travel needs for in house filming and events. You will be able to handle and process sensitive data and documents, ensuring that all consents are returned to the office, logged and filed appropriately.
