PURPOSE:
- Assist the Administration function in the office
- Support the implementation of ISO standards and procedures
OBJECTIVES:
- Carry out Administration tasks in a timely manner
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General upkeep and maintenance of the office.
- Manage telephone reception duties including answering phone calls and attending to queries and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and stationeries and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with external parties including suppliers on office maintenance and office equipment matters.
- Responsible for the filling of all local office documentations.
- To assist in scanning and print functions whenever necessary.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work independently
- Responsible and accountable to the line manager
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $20.00 per hour
