Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
Post Secondary diploma or certificate in business administration or office management. Equivalent combination of related experience, education and training may be considered.
Related experience may include:
Experience working in a fast-paced office and or project management environment such as supporting multiple people/ clients/ stakeholders.
Experience proof reading, editing, scheduling, and coordinating sensitive and confidential materials such as correspondence, briefing notes and Cabinet/Treasury Board submissions utilizing common software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience coordinating services, composing, and preparing correspondence, presentations, status reports and managing the daily business of senior executive(s).
Preference may be given to applicants with:
Completed training and/or course(s) in project management program.
Experience creating and entering CLIFF logs.
Experience with government records applications (i.e. e-Approvals, ORCS and ARCS)
