• Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the Strategic Operations processes

• Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience with us

• Channel customer insights to all areas of our business

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers

• Partner with appropriate departments / peers, as needed to brainstorm and execute solutions

• Produce appropriate reporting

• Able to effectively manage teams in areas of selection, motivation, coaching, development, diversity and foster teamwork and employee relations – if applicable

• Manage and control expenses, set and monitor performance to budget

  How you can set yourself apart

• High school degree and college

• Extensive experience of travel industry

• Knowledge of global travel operations and account management

• Knowledge of BCD Travel Operations (3) years’ experience in Operations

• Knowledge of BCD Travel technology and GDS Sabre and Apollo

• Skilled MSOffice (excel / power point) and email management

• Ability to travel (25%)
