SUMMARY
The position is responsible for assessing and resolving low to medium risk complaints and enquiries within established service standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Related experience includes:
o providing service to the public and industry
o interpreting and applying legislation, regulations and/or policy
o analysis of complaints and enquiries
o mortgage underwriting
Preference may be given to applicants with experience in a regulatory environment and/or in the mortgage broker industry.
