The Role We are looking for a Personal Assistant with unwavering positive attitude to join our high performing team.
If you enjoy working at pace in a successful Professional Services environment in our CBD office then this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting two Partners in their client facing roles, and internal duties
- Manage the diaries of the Partners and Associates
- Manage the Partners’ email, expenses, travel arrangements
- Client facing administration work for key clients
- Assisting the wider team with team administration tasks (billing, event organisation, composing presentations, reports, and letters, and general administration)

About You
Your written and oral communication skills will be exceptional, you will have a proficient knowledge of Microsoft products, and you are able to quickly build rapport and gain respect from others.
Your aspiration and drive to be part of a successful and growing business is required. You will be happy to roll your sleeves up and assist the Partners and the team.
