THE OPPORTUNITY

We have a great opportunity to join the Services team at BDO Hawke’s Bay as our receptionist, from the end of January 2024.

This is a varied, fast paced role in a diverse, friendly, supportive, and inclusive environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Welcoming visitors and coordinating enquiries
• Maintaining client & office records
• Word processing of reports and associated correspondence
• Supporting, organising and participating in Client events
• AML procedures & maintenance
• Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
• Other administrative tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role, with high proficiency in MS Word and Powerpoint
• High attention to detail.
• You’ll be agile, adaptable to change, and thrive on building strong relationships with our clients.
• Enjoy being the ‘go to’ person in the office with a warm and friendly attitude.
