Our client, based in Cork City, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their company on a permanent basis.
Who we are seeking
- Possess at least 2 years experience within Finance / Accounts Dept
Overview of the responsibilities
- Responsible for the coding and posting of purchase & sales invoices
- Responsible for processing bank transactions and allocating them against various customers & suppliers
- Assist in the reconciliation of key accounts
- Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis of key accounts .
- Other ad hoc duties as required
