A local family-owned and operated Newport Beach real estate and property management company, is looking to hire a Part Time Reservationist.

We are in need of a pleasant, outgoing person with great customer service and relational skills. This position will consist of processing reservations for vacation homes we manage throughout the peninsula, responding to guest phone calls/emails, making Work Orders, becoming proficient in our reservation software, as well as several other day to day tasks.

Requirements:

– Strong computer skills: MS office

– Must be able to type 30 words per minute minimum

– Strong phone skills

– Strong verbal and written skills

– Must be able to multi-task

– Must be detail-oriented

– Must be self-motivated

– Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends.

– Must be eligible to work in the U.S

This is a part-time position, with hourly pay starting at $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr DOE. There will be 2 weeks (4-6 days) of paid training and a 90-day probationary period.
