estate company, is actively looking for a Property Administrator to join
their office in the downtown area of Chicago. In this position, you will
be working closely with tenants, supporting, answering phones, relaying
messages, and providing other general administrative tasks. This is a
fully onsite role.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience
• 1+ years in an administrative role within commercial real estate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• General administrative support
• Answer and screen calls with appropriate discretion
• Make sure COI’s are maintained and updated on a regular basis
• Code and input invoices
• Handle tenant complaints and requests for service
• Accept deliveries and monitor incoming faxes, distributing
  immediately to appropriate parties
