looking for a commercial real estate associate for an opportunity at a
law firm in Chicago! This is a great opportunity to work on complex real
estate transactions in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented, flexible firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting commercial real estate financing, acquisition,
  disposition and leasing matters through document review and
  drafting, diligence review and assisting with all aspects of the
  closing process.
• Clear and effective drafting skills, strong oral communication
  abilities
• Significant title and survey experience
• Excellent time management and organization skills and a capacity to
  learn new substantive legal topics as needed are required.

– Candidate must have at least 5+ years of relevant real estate
experience.
– Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state
of Illinois.
