Regional Administration

The following position is open in Jalisco, Mexico.

Follow-up to the weekly plan vs the actual number of scheduled activities

Monitoring of inventory of agrochemical NRL and others

Compliance with the Operational Excellence Plan (TPM, ISO, TRACC).

Role Responsibilities

1. Analysis of the weekly and annual activity plan. (Access Capture Verification)

2. Follow-up on the preparation of the budget.

3. Responsibility of NRL Inventory Management

4. Kardex responsibility for agrochemicals

5. Asset inventory responsibility

6. Responsibility and analysis of fuel consumption log

7. Capture, Analysis and Traceability Inventories of suckers.

8. Receipt of papers for land leasing, monitoring of the contracting procedure (setting up the file, scanning and sending documentation to offices)

1. Analysis of the weekly and annual activity plan. (Access Capture Verification)

4. Kardex responsibility for agrochemicals

5. Asset inventory responsibility

6. Responsibility and analysis of fuel consumption log

7. Capture, Analysis and Traceability Inventories of suckers.

8. Receipt of papers for land leasing, monitoring of the contracting procedure (setting up the file, scanning and sending documentation to offices)

9. Follow-up to tenant payments.

10. Emptying and monitoring of KPI’s information from all staff in the region.

11. Lifting of notices and requisitions in SAP.

12. Support in operational excellence work plan (TPM, ISO and 5S’s).

13. Coordination of administrative staff.

14. Analysis and review of payroll productivity.

15. Comply with ISO 45001 and EHS operational controls and procedures.

16. Monitoring of non-conformities and deviations detected in your area.

17. Tracking TPM Assigned Activities

18. Before any CAPA Document assigned to the area or personally, provide timely attention to the assigned activities to achieve its closure without undue delay
