We’re bringing automation and insight to the whole accounting process, from onboarding new customers to finalising a set of financial statements. Our mission is simple; to change the way accounting firms work and make them wildly productive. 

What’s the role? 

We’re on the hunt for a revenue superstar. Working with the Chief Product Officer you’ll work in a close-knit product team to develop & implement the go to market strategy. Your day to day will consist of:

• Develop, plan and implement go to market plans and strategies for our 3 key markets
• Review our market research and analyze threats and opportunities
• Implement new customer acquisition strategies and develop go to market processes with our team
• Development of distribution networks and relationships
• Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, sales and customer service
• Stay well connected to customers to ensure market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
• Monitor the revenue pipeline & leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
• Plan the roles and structure of the revenue team as we grow
• Lead the hiring of new team members
• Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs
• Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets

You have:

• Leadership experience in Channel and Direct sales with a track record of significant revenue growth for a quickly growing company or division
• Previous working experience as SaaS revenue leader for 5 + year including working in overseas markets 
• Proven experience in developing and executing business strategy 
• Ability to build out revenue forecasts and budgets 
• Hands on experience in creating go to market processes 
• Experience leading people in distributed teams to meet deadlines and exceed goals Outstanding listening, negotiating and presentation skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
• In depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics 
• A track record of decision making on business metrics 
• Experience and comfort with ambiguity 
• High level of integrity and judgement 
• Ability and willingness to travel globally 
• Ideally, tertiary qualification in business administration, finance or similar relevant field
