About The Position 

We’re looking for a driven Merchandise Administrator who thrives on bringing order to the chaos. You’ll be responsible for providing detailed sales analysis, processing customer orders, and organising our field stock (including keeping the office and showroom organised).

Key Responsibilities 

• Create and analyse sales reports to deliver insights for growth to our sales team, merchandise team, and customers 
• Maintain accurate showroom and field stock control of inventory levels between our sales team, B2B customer system, accounting system, ecommerce and logistics partners 
• Process orders from B2B customers with a high level of accuracy and friendliness  
• Provide customer service cover over phone, email and chat when our Customer Service Representative is away from their desk or on leave 
• Provide support to our Merchandise Manager and the rest of the team as required 

Key Characteristics 

The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and be super organised. This will be perfect for you if you love spreadsheets, analysing data, and keeping everything in its rightful place. 

• Intermediate experience of Microsoft Excel with the ability to crunch large amounts of data to discover useful insights 
• Have a strong customer service orientation and can anticipate problems before they occur 
• Continuously working to make everything more efficient and run smoothly 
• Take the initiative and have high personal effectiveness 
• Have the self-confidence to ask questions and give suggestions to make the business more effective 
• Experience with Brandscope and/or Accredo is a plus but not required
