Provide full HR administrative support to company
Assist and coordinate recruitment process such as posting of job ads, shortlisting of candidates and follow by director interview
Monitoring of staff and worker work pass application and renewal.
Monitoring for staffs and workers attendance OT hour and leave records
Maintain employee personnel files
keeping complete and up-to-date records for all employees
Handling of phone calls, inquiry and take down massage
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to work independently
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
